Group of Seven A.Y.Jackson Paintings at Orono Antique Market

I was in the Orono Antique Market the other day and what do I find? Two small A.Y Jackson paintings. At least they were marked with a labeled “ A.Y.Jackson.  Consisting of 2 landscapes 2 Tempura ? $1800.00″. They seem to be very well executed and are signed A.Y Jackson. Are they or are they not Jackson sketches? This is just one example of the quality antiques and collectibles they have in this vast store. It is truely a wonderful way to spend a few hours on a holiday weekend. The owners recently opened a second store on Main St in Orono. There are several other Antique stores and malls on Main St. If you are looking for something to do this weekend and love Antique hunting then Orono is the spot. Don’t let someone else scoup you on the Jacksons.
